Momentum BLG issues software licenses for Momentum BLG–developed software, WordPress plugins, and digital products.
This form is used to request a new or replacement license key when an existing license has been lost, deleted, or needs to be reissued due to a site or ownership change.
Use this form if:
- You previously received a Momentum BLG software or plugin license

Your organization has undergone an ownership, developer, or hosting transition

You need a license reissued for an authorized site
If your request can be verified, a replacement license key will be generated and sent to the email address provided.
